In my practice, I am dedicated to guiding individuals, children, and families on a profound journey of self-discovery and growth. I believe that within every family system lies a hidden gem—a perfect way of functioning waiting to be unearthed. As a therapist and supervisor, my role is to support clients in understanding and embracing their family dynamics, fostering shifts in perception that lead to self-embrace and gratitude for one’s roots.

My approach is rooted in the belief that at the core of our being, all we seek is love and connection, both within ourselves and others. Yet, unresolved wounds often hinder our ability to experience and express love fully.

Through my compassionate guidance, I help clients integrate their past experiences, paving the way for deeper connections and a more fulfilling life journey.

Driven by my love for humanity, I am committed to empowering individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity. I believe that by embracing our unique family narratives, we can truly love ourselves and others more deeply, creating a ripple effect of healing and transformation in our lives and communities.

I reside in Colorado, USA. I am a mother of two young girls and am married to a wonderful man from Buffalo, NY, who believes in me more than I believe in myself at times. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, cooking, spending time outdoors, and cultivating deep friendships and familial relationships. My gift in life is to bring people from different backgrounds together and celebrate the simple joys of life itself.
